In a 2022 survey, just 26 percent of Democrats in the U.S. believed that Fox News made a good-faith effort to report the news, with the majority saying they believed that the network attempts to mislead or persuade people to take a political point of view. Comparatively, more than half of Republican respondents believed Fox News reports in good faith.
