According to a survey on usage of streaming service Disney Plus conducted in May 2023 in South Korea, around 65 percent of respondents answered that they had initially signed up to the service to access content they wanted to watch on the platform. Another around 36 percent of respondents initially started using Disney Plus because it had the option to open an account to share with others.
