Online shoppers' preferred return window in the UK 2022
Results of a survey conducted in 2022 showed that most online shoppers in the United Kingdom (UK) preferred a return window of two to four weeks. Nearly half of the surveyed respondents chose this option. Another popular return window length was one to two weeks, chosen by almost three in ten consumers. When analyzing city sizes, there were slight discrepancies in preferred times to return online items.
