The survey conducted in 2022 revealed that most e-shoppers in the United Kingdom (UK) refrain from online shopping due to high shipping fees. Furthermore, nearly 40 percent of consumers cited long delivery times as a primary deterrent to online shopping. Similarly, a quarter of the respondents expressed that inconvenient return processes and difficulties navigating the site contributed to their reluctance to make purchases from online platforms.
