Online shoppers' issues with parcel deliveries in the UK 2023

In the United Kingdom (UK), in the three months leading up to the 2023 survey, over half of online shoppers experienced delivery problems with their orders. Of these, the main issue with parcel delivery was the hassle of needing someone to remain at home to receive it. Over a quarter of respondents stated that the delivery driver left before they could get to the door. Similarly, roughly 24 percent of those surveyed reported that their parcel arrived late.
