According to a survey in April 2022, 21 percent of the MZ generation members in South Korea who bought their own clothes spent 30 thousand to 50 thousand South Korean won on clothing per purchase on average, closely followed by 50 thousand to 70 thousand won with a respondents share of 20.3 percent. In comparison to the previous year, the average spending on clothes per purchase increased to around 100 thousand South Korean won.
