According to the results of an April 2022 survey of consumers in the United States, 59 percent of the respondents said that they felt comfortable letting brands use their purchase history information to make their rewards experience more relevant. Only 20 percent of the responding consumers stated that they felt comfortable when brands used their browsing history.
