According to the survey conducted in the United States between October and November 2022, 70 percent of executives considered digital distribution channels, such as direct-buy links from social media platforms, a factor boosting customer loyalty over the past two years. Around 60 percent of the repondents saw changes in loyalty programs as an element positively affecting customer loyalty.
