
Distribution of U.S. consumers by how much they would pay for a loyalty program 2022
During a February 2022 survey conducted among consumers in the United States, nearly 80 percent of respondents were willing to pay for a loyalty program with their favorite brand. Around 46 percent of U.S. consumers reported that they would pay less than 50 U.S. dollars per year for a loyalty program. On the other hand, 23 percent of respondents said they would not be willing to pay for a loyalty program.
