In 2021, retail sales of pastilles, gummies, jellies, and chews amounted to almost seven billion U.S. dollars. This was the largest amount among all sugar confectionery categories. Retails sales from this category are forecast to grow to nearly 8.9 billion U.S. dollars by 2024.
