According to a survey conducted in South Korea in August 2022, the respondents were satisfied the most with the cleanliness of the facilities with a respondents' share of 90 percent. Sales and loyalty point systems came in second with a respondents' share of 89 percent. In general, the level of satisfaction with large supermarkets appeared to be higher in comparison to neighborhood grocery stores and traditional markets.
