Digital commerce channels B2B companies are investing in in Nordic countries 2022
Within Nordic countries, 61 percent of business-to-business (B2B) organizations invest in employing sales representatives for commercial purposes, a higher proportion than for any other channel. Investment in social media was also popular, invested in by 54 percent of these businesses. Out of the selected digital commerce channels, point-of-sale functionality received the least investment amongst Nordic B2B businesses.
