Opinion towards cashless payments among Indonesians 2021

According to a survey on consumer payment behavior conducted in September 2021 in Indonesia, approximately 79 percent of respondents stated that they viewed cashless payment as a safer way to pay. Meanwhile, 78 percent of the surveyed consumers had planned to use cashless payments more often.
