According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight on online shopping behavior among South Koreans as of June 2022, almost 68 percent of respondents answered that their reason for planning to continue online shopping was the convenience compared to physical stores. Roughly another 31 percent stated it was because of their overall experience with online shopping.
