U.S. social media users on apps they trust the most 2021
A 2021 online survey conducted in the United States found that 47 percent of respondents trusted Meta's Facebook the most when it came to their privacy and data on social media, whilst 43 percent of users trusted video sharing platform YouTube. Overall, just over one in 10 social media users were most trusting of Reddit with their personal data, and nine percent were trusting of social platform Discord.
