Chinese younger generation embrace short-form video ads. According to a survey conducted in China in 2021, over 76 percent of millennials and Generation Z respondents said they could accept this ad format. Compared to Gen Y, Gen Z had a lower acceptance level of ads presented by hosts in live streams, yet a higher acceptance level of ads in animation form.
