Reasons to stop using digital technology to manage mental wellness Indonesia 2022
According to the survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in May 2022, approximately 26 percent of the respondents in Indonesia stated that they stopped using digital technology to manage their mental wellness because they did not want to pay for the subscription fee to access premium content/services. The same survey also revealed that most respondents had felt more stressed or anxious during the past twelve months.
