According to a survey conducted in South Korea among members of Generation Z and Millennials in November 2021, the most important condition for a shoe brand to qualify as a designer shoe brand was good quality, with 31.8 percent of respondents answering that way. This was especially true for respondents aged 25 to 29 years old. Being well known and on the more expensive side were also important criteria, with a 28 and 22.2 percent of respondents' share respectively.
