According to a survey on social marketing in China conducted in late 2021, 42 percent of surveyed advertisers stated that data fraud was the main challenge when doing social marketing with KOLs. Despite the difficulties in evaluating the campaign effectiveness, influencer marketing remained the key focus of social marketers in China.
