International reserves of the Central Bank of Russia 2022, by category
As of February 1, 2022, 311 billion U.S. dollars worth of reserves of the Central Bank of Russia were placed in securities of foreign issuers. It was the category with the highest value among international reserves held by the CB. Cash and deposits in foreign banks amounted to 152 billion U.S. dollars as of that period.
