According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in South Korea in June 2021 on their frequency of shopping for non-food items in physical stores, around 29 percent of respondents answered to to go shopping either once a week or several times a month. During the coronavirus pandemic, more people have started to prefer online shopping.
