According to a survey conducted in October 2023, around 73.1 percent of female and 59 percent of male employees consulting someone about stress at work in the past year turned to family members or friends for advice. It was also common to consult colleagues, with about 62.7 percent of female and 57.6 percent of male employees seeking advice.
