According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in May 2021 among South Koreans on their plans to unsubscribe from streaming services in the next three months, more than 87 percent respondents stated to not plan on cancelling their subscription. One of the most common reasons for planning to cancel their subscription was that they had already watched all the content they were interested in.
