According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in May 2021 among South Koreans on what Video-on-Demand and video streaming services they used, almost 84.5 percent of respondents said to use Netflix. Following was YouTube's paid service YouTube Premium, with around 20.5 percent of respondents stating to use the service.
