According to a survey conducted in 2021 in South Korea on the experience of using Kakao Shopping, 75 percent of respondents answered to have purchased something via the service before. Kakao Shopping allows customers to buy items at a discounted price if they join in a purchase with another user. The product can also be bought alone but the customers then will pay the full price without any discounts.
