Export value of pearls, precious stones and metals from Botswana 2015-2022

In 2022, the export of pearls, precious stones and metals from Botswana amounted to an approximate value of 7.4 billion U.S. dollars. This was an increase in value in comparison to the preceding year when roughly 6.8 billion U.S. dollars of the products were exported. Furthermore, United Arab Emirates was the main trade partner of Botswana in terms of pearl, precious stone and metal exports with a share of around 27 percent.
