According to a survey of LGBTQ working adults in Australia in 2022, over 50 percent of respondents identified as gay or lesbian. Around 2.1 percent of respondents identified as heterosexual. The annual Australian Workplace Equality Index survey is designed to gauge the overall impact of inclusion initiatives on organizational culture in the country.
