Mental wellness among LGBTQ employees in Australia 2022 by outness
According to a survey of LGBTQ working adults in Australia in 2022, 56 percent of diverse gender employees who were not open about their gender diversity indicated feeling mentally well at work, compared to 80 percent of non-LGBTQ employees. The annual Australian Workplace Equality Index survey is meant to gauge the overall impact of inclusion initiatives on organizational culture in the country.
