Feeling of safety and inclusion among LGBTQ employees in Australia 2022
According to a survey of LGBTQ working adults in Australia in 2022, over 90 percent of respondents who were open about their diverse gender reported feeling safe and included by their immediate work team. The annual Australian Workplace Equality Index survey is meant to gauge the overall impact of inclusion initiatives on organizational culture in the country.
