Nearly 60 percent of Russians continued to work with the same employment conditions as prior to the COVID-19 crisis, according to a survey from 2021. Furthermore, 13 percent of respondents stated that their employer reduced their working hours or salary. Two percent have been furloughed, or asked to take a temporary leave of absence.
