According to a survey conducted in September 2021 among South Korean convenience store customers on their reasons for using a convenience store brand over the other, roughly 55 percent of respondents answered that the closeness of the store was the most important to them. Following was the possibility to use the store 24 hours, with around 11.1 percent of respondents answering that way.
