During a December 2019 survey carried out among adult consumers from the United Kingdom (UK), 57 percent of respondents stated they unsubscribed from marketing e-mails because they received too many e-mails from the brand/shop/site; 20 percent said they unsubscribed because they had a bad customer experience.
