Get in touch with us nowAt the end of 2022, Italians were very much confident in police forces, with 70 percent of the respondents sharing a positive trust for the Police, Carabinieri, and Financial Police. Similarly, citizens showed a very high esteem for Pope Francis and the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, both appreciated by 68 percent of interviewees. Nevertheless, the same degree of trust was not declared for the institutions they lead, as the Catholic Church was approved by only 48 percent and the Italian State by one-third of the respondents. However, more than half of them considered the school system valuable, while almost 50 percent appreciated local administrations. The lowest approval was recorded for political parties, as only 14 percent of Italians shared a positive trust.
