Cities in China are categorized into 5 tiers. Tier 1 cities include Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou. Tier 2 cities include cities such as Chengdu, Hangzhou, Wuhan, and Tianjin. Tier 3, 4 and 5 cities are smaller cities such as Fuzhou, Hefei, Zhengzhou, and Harbin.
