Tencent's WeChat, an instant messaging app combined with various daily life services, has become increasingly important in China. With its massive user base advantage, the company has developed WeChat Pay Score and WeCom to capture other business opportunities with merchants and enterprises. As of the end of 2021, the business communication tool WeCom had over 180 million monthly active users with more than ten million companies and organizations.
