According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on the usage of dating apps in South Korea in August 2024, around 30 percent of the respondents aged 55 years and older stated that they stopped using mobile dating apps because it did not work for them, whereas about 30 percent of the survey participants between 16 and 24 years old answered that they got bored.
