According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on the usage of dating apps in South Korea in August 2024, around 21 percent of the respondents answered that the app was either not working for them or that the people using the app were not what they were looking for. Another 17.8 percent of the respondents stated that they stopped using dating apps because they got bored with the app.
