According to a survey on mobile dating apps conducted by Rakuten Insight in February 2022, about 44 percent of the Chinese respondents said that they had not used dating apps because they found those apps too superficial. The same survey revealed that Soul, Momo, and Tantan were the most popular dating apps in China.
