Between October 2019 and September 2020, 80 percent of the respondents to a survey carried on in Italy declared to have made online purchases via smartphone or tablet. More specifically, almost 40 percent of these respondents revealed they would make mobile commerce purchases more than once a month.
People between 35 and 44 years of age were the most keen to shop via mobile commerce platforms.
