According to a survey conducted by Infocus Mekongthat studied consumer behavior during Tet in Vietnam, 80 percent of respondents that earned under 20 million VND shared that they planned on buying a gift for someone while 89 percent of those earning over 20 million VND planned to do so as well. Overall, a majority of respondents had intentions to purchase gifts during the cultural celebration.
