Fertility rate in Ghana 2018, by education level
The fertility rate in Ghana, as of 2018, was higher among women with lower educational level, like pre-primary school or even no education. In this group, the indicator was measured at 5.7. The fertility rate expresses the average number of children born by one woman while being of child-bearing age. In contrast, among women with secondary school education, the rate was at 3.4.
