The swift spread of the coronavirus COVID-19 has caused a huge impact on the daily life of Chinese people in the long term. According to a survey about the Chinese movie consumer behavior released in July 2020, around 81 percent of respondents had watched movies on their smartphones three months prior to the survey period. Movie fans were still cautious about visiting cinemas.
