Share of farm holdings using different devices in England in 2019, by region
About 94 percent of farming holdings in the East of England, which responded to an England wide survey in October 2019, stated that they use a Laptop or Desktop. This was the highest share of use of these types of devices among all regions in England. The East of England also led other regions by tablet and smartphone use. The highest share of respondents, who use none of the devices mentioned above, could be found in the West Midlands.
