According to a report released by ChuangQi Technology, many game publishers and developers launched new mobile games on Apple Store in China in February 2020. It was the time when the novel coronavirus outbreak was getting worse in the country. About 12.8 thousand mobile games were newly released and over eight thousand game apps were removed from the Apple Store in China.
