Most important e-commerce criteria when shopping online in Poland 2020
For nearly 80 percent of the respondents in Poland buying in online shops, the most important criterion was an accurate description of the product and its photos. Seventy-five percent of respondents stated that the most important factor was clear information about the price of the product, its delivery, and possible additional costs. Lower product prices were important for four out of 10 online shoppers in Poland.
