According to a 2018 survey, adults in the United States have the greatest partisan differences over support for immigration, with 83 percent of respondents on the left believing immigrants strengthen their country, compared to 37 percent of respondents on the right. The lowest spread was in Greece, a result of both the left and right rejecting immigration - only 19 percent of respondents on the left and six percent on the right agreed that immigrants strengthen their country.
