Sources of information about products in offline channel in Poland 2019
In 2019, the most important source of information on food products and their prices on the offline channel in Poland were advertising newspapers. Customers acquired knowledge about food products also from TV commercials or directly in the shops where they made their purchases. For all other categories - clothing, footwear, DIY products, and consumer electronics - the most important sources were the same, people usually found information about the products in promotional newspapers, in shops, and from friends.
