E-commerce activity on selected digital shopping channels in France 2019
The statistic breaks down which online shopping locations French Internet users refer to, when making purchases in 2019. According to the graph, online marketplaces prevailed with a 51 percent preference. Retailer websites or applications came in second with 21 percent of consumer adoption, followed by brand websites or apps with 20 percent. Other emerging platforms (for example social media channels) were also mentioned by nine percent of the sample of interest.
