Ad-hoc assessments are the most commonly used by organizations worldwide. According to a 2019 survey, 31 percent of organizations used this assessment type. Assessments are used to provide insights when making talent hiring decisions. On the other hand, ten percent of organizations said they don't use any type of assessment.
