Exports of beauty products in South Korea from 2015 to 2018
South Korea in 2018 exported around 6.89 trillion South Korean won in beauty products, thanks to strong demand from Asian markets such as China. The export revenue for Korean cosmetics has grown steadily over the past years and South Korea enjoyed a record trade surplus in beauty products in 2018 of around 5.47 trillion South Korean won.
